We only send parcels within the UK

all orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the very same day. (excluding Bank Holidays) We do not dispatch over the weekend so any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

You will receive a tracking number & link when your order is dispatched. Please leave any safe place instructions in the my safe place is field when completing your order. If no safe place is provided, a signature will be required on delivery. Business days exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. (please allow extra delivery times when strike action is planned or at peak holiday times) Larger orders may be delivered by Parcel Force or APC. A tracking number and link will still be sent when your order is dispatched.

Please note if your parcel is left at your request, without a signature, you forfeit your right to make any claim with ourselves or the courier in the event of loss or damage."

We offer a 30 day return policy. If you would like to return your item for any reason, provided it is unopened, in the original packaging and of a resalable condition. Must be returned within 30 days of purchase please. Just pack it up and take it to the post office. Please include your name and order number so we know who has returned the items. We ask you to cover the cost of the postage. Our return address is:

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage & your items are packed well, unfortunately we can't issue a refund for items in an unsalable condition.

Once we have received your return your refund will be immediately processed via your original payment method.

Damaged Items
